The Agent normally checks for a new official release every 30 minutes. It downloads and verifies the update, then installs it and restarts. If browser work is active, the update waits until it is safe to continue.

Find your installed version and update status below Last sync. The notice shows when an update is available, waiting for browser work, downloading or installing.
Open Machines in your dashboard. If a newer version is available, choose Update to request it on that PC. The PC and Agent must be online. Active browser work may still delay installation.
Sign in and open Machines to download the current official installer. Run it on your Windows PC. Normal updates keep your pairing and saved local profiles. Do not uninstall the Agent or delete its data folder to update.
Keep the PC connected to the internet and let active browser work finish. Check the Agent window for its status. If the update remains blocked, contact support with your installed version and the message shown—never send account secrets.
